We have also just been back in touch with him as we were thinking of moving home again. Paul went through our financial information in great detail and looked at various mortgage options with us, at varying interest rates, to find us the best deal he could. Alex Patrick and Taylor Milburn were fantastic for my first house purchase. After being referred by a friend the service was personal, well specc-ed, extremely reasonably priced and helped me apply for a mortgage that was bespoke as I had a large discrepancy between my base-pay and my take home after Overtime.

Alex Patrick made himself available early in the morning and late at night and accommodated my unusual work schedule.

This is a bit of a delayed posting due to technical issues however Paul helped us move back in December. We never thought it was possible that we would be able to afford a mortgage! He sat down with us on numerous occasions and went through the process step by step to explain what happens and what we are required to do (as we were not too sure due to being first time buyers)!
